Vermicelli Baking Sauce Contains a mixture of various spices, a concentrated formula that is definitely unique. It tastes like eating at a restaurant.

Ingredients: sesame oil, spices, sugar, iodine salt, seasoning powder, ginger, soy sauce, black pepper. Does not contain pork. or meat Muslims can eat with 100% confidence.

method

Pine vermicelli, small pack, soaked in water (100g)

2 tablespoons water

Sauce for baking vermicelli, 3 tablespoons to taste

Pork fat, sliced ginger, smashed garlic

Celery leaves, as desired

Shrimp as you like

Soak the vermicelli in water until soft. Mix with 2 tablespoons of water and 3 tablespoons of vermicelli sauce. Mix well.

Stir in the pork fat, garlic and ginger until the pork fat dissolves. Add the shrimp and stir until almost cooked but not overly cooked.

Put it in the oven, followed by the vermicelli that has been mixed with the sauce, followed by the shrimp on top.

Close the lid and put the oven in the microwave on high heat for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, open the lid, sprinkle with celery leaves, ready to serve and eat immediately.

How to preserve

Place the opened sauce in the refrigerator and use it within 1 month.

Or refrigerated, it can be stored for up to 6 months.
