How to make Khao Soi using 100 grams of Khao Soi chili paste
1. Use medium heat to simmer 250 ml of coconut milk and stir-fry with 100 g of Khao Soi chili paste until fragrant.

2. Add 250 ml of coconut milk and water. Boil over low heat until cooked.
3. Season with palm sugar, salt, and light soy sauce to taste. Mix well and turn off the heat.
4. Pour over cooked Khao Soi noodles, sprinkle with crispy noodles, add side dishes such as pickled mustard greens, sliced shallots, and roasted chili oil.
How to use Mae Amporn brand Khao Soi noodles (both boiled and deep-fried)
1. Boil for 8 minutes until the noodles are soft.
2. Scoop up and put in a basket and turn on the water.
3. Once the water is drained, mix with a little oil to prevent the noodles from sticking together.
4. Wait for the noodles that have been mixed with oil to be damp, then fry them in oil over medium heat.
