How to make: Sai Ua
1. Mix the seasoning powder in this sachet with 100 ml of warm water until dissolved.
2. Take the roughly chopped pork belly (½ kg.) and mix with the seasonings until well blended.
3. Insert the filling into the funnel mouth until it reaches the end (plastic funnels are readily available).
4. Put the pork stuffing into the filling. While stuffing, use a toothpick to poke holes to allow air to escape at intervals. Stuff the filling, leaving a 1-1 ½ inch gap at the end for tying.

5. Grill over low heat until cooked or bake at 140 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Serve by cutting into bite-sized pieces with sticky rice and fresh vegetables such as cabbage, lettuce, young ginger, etc.
