Ready-made Khanom Tang Taek flour. Mix with water and eggs and you can make it right away. Yeast is included in the packet.

Mixing ratio

* Size 150 grams, mix with 100 ml of water / half an egg / 1 sachet of yeast.

How to do it

1. Pour the flour into a mixing bowl.

2. Then add water, eggs and yeast. Mix well.

3. Seal the mixing bowl and let it rest for about 1-3 hours until the dough rises.

4. When finished resting, place a Teflon pan on medium-low heat. Scoop the batter into the pan and swirl it around until the batter rises to the edge of the pan. Then close the lid and wait until the batter is cooked, about 1-2 minutes.

5. When the dough is cooked, the edges will start to turn yellow. Then add the filling with sugar, roasted sesame seeds, and coconut meat or other fillings as desired. Then fold in half and it is ready to eat.

For size 150 grams, makes about 8-10 pieces (9 cm hole size)

📌Flour can be stored for 1 year.

📌Once opened, can be stored for 3 months.

📌Mix with water and keep in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
