Just mix water and eggs and you can make it right away. It has a fragrant vanilla scent and a crispy outside and soft inside. You can easily make your own coconut pancakes at home.

Mixing ratio

* Size 500 grams, mix with 340 ml of water / 1 egg / 1 yeast

How to do it

1. Pour 500 grams of Thang Taek flour into a mixing bowl.

2. Then add water, eggs and yeast. Mix well.

3. Seal the mixing bowl and let it rest for about 1-3 hours until the dough rises.

4. When finished resting, place a Teflon pan on medium-low heat. Scoop the batter into the pan and swirl it around until the batter rises to the edge of the pan. Then close the lid and wait until the batter is cooked, about 1-2 minutes.

5. When the dough is cooked, the edges will start to turn yellow. Then add the filling with roasted sugar and coconut meat or other fillings as desired. Then fold in half and it is ready to eat.

For size 500 grams, can make about 30-35 pieces (9 hole oven)
