Mixing ratio

** 150 grams of flour / add 75 ml of water or coconut water.

** Flour 500 grams / add water or coconut water 240 ml.

** 1 kilogram flour / add 480 ml. of water or coconut water.

How to do it

1. Mix flour with water, then knead until sugar dissolves.

2. Add coconut meat in the amount you like.

3. Heat a pan over low heat and gently fry the coconut pancakes on each side.

4. When the other side starts to set, flip it over. Do this until both sides are cooked and dark in color.

*** How to check if the dough is cooked or not?

- Use a toothpick to poke a hole in the center of the dough. If there is no water on the toothpick, the dough is done.

For a size of 500 grams, makes about 14 pieces (per hole oven)

For 1 kilogram size, makes about 28 pieces (hole oven)
