Instant banana cake mix

Mixing ratio

* Size 500 grams, mix with 75 ml. of water / 185 ml. of vegetable oil / 2 and a half eggs / 330 grams of bananas.

How to do it

1. Mash ripe bananas and set aside.

2. Pour 500 grams of flour into a mixing bowl, then add oil, water and eggs and mix until well combined.

3. Add the mashed bananas into the mixing bowl in step 2 and mix again.

4. Scoop the batter into the cups without filling them up (so that when the cake rises, the batter will not overflow the cups).

5. Bake at 200-220 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.

6. Finished and ready to eat. The surface of the dessert will be crispy. However, if you want it soft, we recommend leaving it for 1 night. The surface of the dessert will be even softer.

For 500 grams, makes about 13 cups (cup size 8 cm.)
