Instant pancake mix

 Mixing ratio
 ** Flour 500 grams / add water 500 ml.
 How to do it
 1. Mix flour with water in the ratio
 2. Mix until the sugar dissolves.
 3. Turn on the stove and use medium heat.
 4. Brush a little butter or oil and pour the dough into the desired size while the oven is warm. Do not let the oven get so hot that it smokes.
 5. When one side of the dough is cooked, turn it over.
 6. When both sides are cooked, scoop onto a plate and serve with butter or honey, chocolate sauce, or add toppings as desired.
 For 500 grams, you can make about 25-35 pieces.
